FAQ

What is included in your Pic-A-Nic?

– styled picnic table for chosen number of guests
– custom welcome sign
– comfortable seating for each guest
– cutlery, napkins, plates & cups
– rugs, pillows & blankets
* Charcuterie or Grazing Board (additional fee)
– Water for each guest
– Bluetooth speaker
– use of everything for 2-3 hours (with option to extend time)

How do I book?
Visit our website and click “Book A Pic-A-Nic” and complete the inquiry form.
Do you provide food and drinks?
Pic-A-Nic only supplies Charcuterie or grazing boards as add-on depending on the size of the party but we look forward to collaborating with local vendors. We may pick up a food order. There is a surcharge for boards and food pick up within a 5-mile radius. 48-hour notice must be provided. 
What happens if it rains?
Pic-A-Nic will notify you of the cancellation via email and will make an attempt to reschedule the picnic for a different day and time. Your coupon never expires. If you do not want to reschedule, we are happy to switch the location to your backyard, or an indoor space even your living room. Just send us an email.
What if I have more than 10 guests?
We can accommodate parties of up to 10 when booking through our website. We are happy to discuss a larger party – just send us an email. 
Can I customize my Picnic?
Yes! We have decor and color schemes for each picnic. Every event is unique for our clients.
